I just love the World

I just realized that we start working now, during our holidays, we are literally wasting our youth.. I mean, during this time, we go out, hang with peers, etc

And if you start working, part of your time would be spent working, and the other half spent sleeping cos we are tired of the long hours... No more internal time for oneself. We'll just blend in with every people in the working society, be it young or elderly.. 

But you know, its for the experience. And we youths want the latest gizmos, and our parents are not always willing to spent big bucks on stuff. 

There's just so little time... By the time we start working, luxurious time just poof into oblivion, like it never existed.. Where in fact, it did.. 

I just want more child days... Lol 

So much things, so little time.. We only live to a limit.

This may have happened many days ago, Sunday 7 december 2008 precisely, but i got to post it man.. 

It was a day out visiting my grandmother, and sort of a "meeting" place for all, and on that particular day, all my aunts were present. 

You know we all love our musics. Cant live a day without it. 

And some of you know, my phone's mainly occupied by music (those who dont, now you know :P), anyway, most of my songs are downloaded off the net. Yes, it is illegal, i admit, but Millions and Billions of people are breaking laws every second i presume, and here comes the comment that really me unhappy. 

One of my aunts ( translated to english from chinese ) : 

" wah, you download so many music, mata come catch, put you in jail, ..." 

Repeats several times, as though i didnt hear it the first time.. I mean, come on..

I have stopped downloading music since like months ago, ever since i stopped listening music on my phone after my O levels.. 

But wont you feel that the comment said was SO to the extreme.. Its not like i committed an inhuman activity.. Why the need for such harsh reaction and such total intolerance? Its like  so to the society of the some communities.. I rather not name any. Eg; LGBT

So narrow-minded.. 

Many would both agree and disagree, ... but in the end of the day, everyone's built differently, with different thinking ..  

Its like a war out at my grandmother's house, where i got to face stories and insults. Just MYOB please.. >.< 

 

Rejection in Disguise

Went with joanne to Vivocity earlier today to go for a job interview, but i guess the person had no interest in hiring us.

Went to the place, got questioned : "how old?" 

"Any working experience?"

What a let down....

He told us to write our names and HP no., 

Says he'll call us... Doubt so.

Joanne was saying its 0% chance they'll hire because firstly, it is our first job. Secondly, we are only 17 of age. Just the right recipe for not getting the job . . .

Well, we walked around including her brother, after which, instead of looking for a job, we went to the arcade..  ._.

How determined are we in finding a job.. Lol

We even pour all our money into this game machine, that we knew our chances of winning were so narrow. Arcades are such money-drainers. Soak people's money in just a few blinks of the eye! It was ridiculous how much one game cost- $1.40.-

By then, we (i only chip in $5) had spent close to $35... Tsk..

What a waste...

Sigh.. Soon, we left, and it was only joanne and me. Walked the entire ground within and external of vivo, both of us complaining our legs were sore, maybe due to age-ing. O.O

Anyway, today wasnt productive, was really hoping we could strike and finally land ourselves in a job. Made me all worked up, planning in my head, trying to predict what the person would ask during the interview.. -.-"

Oh yes, we bump into kennie today.. I didnt know it was him initially, however his posture, and the way he walks made it obvious.. I was like asking joanne " is that kennie?"..... 

Tomorrow another day hunting.. Please hire ...

I just found out that 

 other Mac users are also encountering the same problem with the hmtl at blogskins.com

It doesnt just appear the HTML needed like the windows com, it shows a preview of the blogskin you have choosen.. 

Argh..

So, i have tried changing my blogskin at Blogskins.com

It suppose to be effortless, but somehow i find myself struggling and frustrated just trying to get hold of the HTML of the blogskin i want. 

Because my com is a Mac, which works differently from windows, its simply so much harder, as many help lines/website all uses Windows computers to help, and not with a Mac. 

And beginning to lose my patience. Lol

I had looked up a number of Extremely cool blogskins, but i cant get the HTML...

Yes, i downloaded it, and it suppose to open up, so that you can see a long chain of weird collection of numbers, letters and signs. 

But instead when i open the downloaded file, i get the preview of the template i want. And i have not a single idea how i am going to get the HTML, but if someone could advice.. It would help. 

I also recently found out my com is so slow to react. Seriously.

You know, when you try changing the fonts and colour of your blog, above would be the wide selection of colours to choose from, and just below, you see your blog page. 

Yes, i realised when you click on a particular colour, it CAN be also seen on the blog itself, so you can mix and match.. But surprisingly!, mine doesnt!!!!!!! 

So thats why the colour combinations on my blog are all off balance.. -.-

Oh well. . . Hahaha.. maybe next time go someone's house improve my blog.. :P

Ill summarize what it means.. I encyclopedia-ed it.

Parkour

is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. The movements involved in Parkour really really really inspire me to move and jump about, but maybe i can blame it on my sudden brain wave of activities, where i just dont see myself even performing such stunts. LOL

I kind of tried doing parkour at the playground we were at today. LOL..

Like today we were playing crocodile, and after i was not the crocodile, i tried "pretending" i had the ability to climb high up, to prevent myself from being tagged during the game.

Met Alex, anna, sak and joanne in school for SEVERAL games of badminton.. LOL

I agree with them that i was indeed rough. Smacking at everyone's chest and PP. =.=

Im honestly sorry. But i get all hyped up playing badminton, or should i say, stuff i enjoy playing/doing. I cant help it, cos i get a lot of fun out of smacking! 

I was like, " one more time, one more game!! ".. Then poor anna kept complaining that she's hungry.. And i had to sympathize. Unbelievable, she eats A LOT, but is still thin.. WTH. 

Oh well, its not everyday i get to play games/sport/hang out with friends. 

But i think i over did myself today. Went home, feeling Extremely uncomfortable, especially my head.. Maybe its dehydration, or maybe im not use to such vigorous outdoors play.. LOL

But im much better now.

In fact, today, joanne and i were supposedly going on job hunts. We had since made like more than 2 dates to meet go hunt, but because of me ( i think ), cos i either had to go somewhere else, or like today, which is a special case, had to miss hunting with joanne. ** we are cave people, we go out hunting **

Hopefully, tomorrow would prove to be a productive day,because its once again another job hunting day.

I cant say im OVERLY-excited about working... But seeing my friends around me having jobs, makes me jealous.. HAHAHAHA.. 

Does anyone have job offers? Decent jobs please.. But it would GREAt if there's accompany of friends.

Yes, today we all walked over to some rich rich households, You know, those bungalows, terrace house, semi-d etc to this Playground. I was expecting some kind of BIG ass playground. Hahaha, but was disappointed.. But the fun thing there was this tilted chair, where when you sit on it, and give yourself a little spin, and the chair just continues to spin and spin and spin and spin and spin . . . . . . . and eventually you puke from the dizziness and scream and beg for mercy that someone would stop the chair.. Wahahahahahaa

All of us got a chance on the chair. Anna's turn was so funny. She actually screamed.. so cute.. 

Guess alex was the more seasoned one.. Cos he kept laughing and laughing.. haha.. 

Then the chair would spin even faster. 

Being sort of a scaredy-cat and lover of thriller rides, but always very tensed up. 

I gripped hold of the chair, and eyes closely shut. And i was like "so fun! so fun!" , but secretly inside i was like ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Hahahaha.. 

Oh btw, (almost wrote btyx .. =.=) the food at SP's hawker centre was surprisingly GOOD.. OMG, mine was fried dumpling noodle. Wa. shiok. The presentation of the food was great, dumpling size were HUGE. Unlike our school's one, where its only like ... Our school's one is small ok compared to SP's. And at $2.50, the price is just right? 

WEeeeeeee, i just loved the noodle i had today..  =D

Seriously, if i were to enroll myself into SP, ill go there everyday to order from that store man. To me, it was simply delicious. :P

From this, you can see the moon (bright yellow) against the dark gloomy sky that somehow has no stars that day.

Below is a hill ( no idea why a hill..), with sand and the water, portraying a scene of the beach. 

Isnt it just so spectacular? ... Its A* for a sec 1 student, but stingy art teacher - mr. ho - gave me a low 69.

So here's what happened. 

Overjoyed that O levels were finally over, with a little joy in my stride, i joyfully strolled home, without knowing that today was paper 2 of CLB.... WTH

In total, i skipped oral for art, and i missed LC for i thought it was on 12 november 2008....

ARGH. What am i going to do..

I mean, i know i literally failed the paper already, but knowing that today was actually LC, omg.. Just OMG... 

Thats just too much man. CLB has ruined my life man, although it is not counted as an subject for my L1R4. But, man! That just shitty

Big O overcome-d

Never ever have i ever even thought to myself that i'll experience this roller coaster ride of my life. Its just mind boggling. 

I mean, come to think of it, i was only in primary school 5 years back, and here i am, almost in my adulthood, having to decide which path im going to take, entering the world of 'evil', where all sorts of characteristics, personality and faces we have to face. It almost like being in foreign land. Although the thought of freedom comes to one's mind, i still cant bare to, not yet that is, live on my own. This "day" is long ahead, but surely its arriving! And in three years after poly or which ever i opt for? NS? Oh man. the shaving of heads, tough workouts.... ..... Argh, dont get me complaining. 

All im thinking at this moment, is what the hack am i going to do this 2 months...?

I DO have plans to hang with peers, and meeting of ex-primary schoolmates. Oah, ah...

Pleasure mixed in a cauldron with regrets.

Just overhears my mom's phone's music, and i just realized i have not tune in to the music on my phone for almost a week! Thats incredible. Haha..

PSP???

I sacrificed, but i liked it, my psp for the upcoming O's which ENDS TODAY, for more than 2 months! Damn, now, when i recently dug it out of its coffin (not exactly its coffin, just an expression for which i may not have used it right), i was once again in love.. But for a moment of playing, i suddenly felt " Dumber". 

Dont go giving the look "HUH?????, what talking you?"..

Maybe this reaction i had, was in fact my brain actually shrinking in size, where some say its our brain cells dying! Oh poor cells.. 

So, its 11:27 pm, some of my friends had gone to celebrate the closure of this O level exams, and i, at home, bored to the core... guess ill go sleep now. :)

Lets just say, unfortunate unexpected incidents took place during my O levels. 

And lets just say, we let bygones be bygones?!

Hell no!

O levels journey had its up and downs.. I believe majority sure did!

No doubt it was a fun ride, but the undulating path really took its toll on me. I must say that i have not been FULLY prepared for O's. Neither was i not prepared.. Thats the problem. I was lingering the middle, half way there, almost there but not there situation.. Lets go through what i went through, shall we? NOT...

Well ok, here goes.. 

English : Damnit, the paper itself was ok, but the passage... How dreadful! Cant they have much                  interesting passages...? On top of that, the paper being held at like 5pm, made the more harder to concentrate..  Sianz... Paper 1 : not bad, but i think i could do better.. Minimum expectation : B4

Maths : Having my last paper for maths tomorrow, so no point even summarizing yet.. But                        paper 1 at least 60++ outta 80 :0

Amaths : Dont wan talk about it.

Geo : More or less able to do, however im afraid of my answers not answering the question.. -.-

Art : Like shit.. I wanted to start earlier this time after my disastrous paper 1 coursework, guess the laziness of me got hold of me..!

Science (phy/chem) : well, i got to say, chem was ok.. Able to do the questions!

                                       Physics was kind of disappointing because i didnt study because i was busy doing art the last minute... And i just found out i made the worst careless mistake ever, which could result a almost 5 marks lost....... OMFG.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE     ..... noooooo

Tick tock tick tock... ... 6:00PM, monday 22nd september 2oo8

A day to never forget.. I stared at the clock, body covered in eeeky grim, frustrated that the only available glue was a almost used to the core glue stick. I have been to hell, well, almost hell. I was on the brink of falling apart...

My O levels Art submission time raced towards the finish mark - 6 pm. Ran in and out of the stupid art room, asking around if anyone had glue, NO reply.. Like i was in some zombie land, where the other art students were the walking dead.. It make me realised the reality that me, submitting my art was never happening.. 

The minute hand finally made its way round, 5 changed to 6. What to do?

No glue, with boards still not prepared, coursework still in process of completion, How was i going to submit such low graded art.. Even i couldn't bear to hand in.. but still . . . . I was desperate, maybe i could have been in the show "the desperate housewives".  

I was literally rushed out of my manageable wits.. I was like an insane kid.. I almost cried!

Such amounts of pressure! OMFG.. But do you believe i did my prep and coursework within 2/3 weeks.. 

Anyway, i passed up half-done coursework, my mounting board were from good to bad, my hand writing went hay wire.. Wow.. At least a B3?????????????? 0r A2>?????? only the markers at cambridge will determine my future as an artist! ... Sai ah... No more art i tell u!!!!

Ok,, better getting going..

OMFG! Im grossed out!

Lying on the floor beside my dog's cage, i went into comfort mode. Nicely laid out my huge body in the restricted area. Not that i was being stupid, but honestly, its more comfortable lying on the floor where the Tv is directly opposite.

Anyway, while watching the Olympics on TV, my dog kept biting it's 'cock'.. YES, U heard/read it right.. BITE! 

So anyway, just seconds after biting he's cock, "WATER" magically rained on my right arm. 

I was like in extreme shock loh.. Was like WTF was that. 

I think it was semen if im not wrong, cos he bends over and starts chewing his cock.. Damn..

So i got up, went to wet some tissue to wipe up the mess.. Surprisingly no smell one... 

Ok, so after cleaning -god knows what-, i settled down beside the cage again.. 

AND HOLY SHIT.... Believe it or not, "WATER" started raining on my arm again. This time MORE... Im going to kill the dog, man! 

So i went toilet clean my upper arm, took wet tissue and had to clean up the stupid mess the dog made... CANT AIM MEH??????? Like water gun sia.. Sqaurt squart...............

Had my O levels English oral today.. It was alright.. Passage had no hard words, except i stumbled once twice..

 MALE TEACHER KEPT FALLING ASLEEP.. Ok, i know the teacher has gone through a long day, just like the students, however, my marks are dependent on both teachers.. Crap.. So no choice, my eyes were mainly focused on the female teacher, occasionally ill just glance over to the male teacher.. LIKE SHIT..

Anyway, i hope to repeat what i did for my mid-year prelim english oral.. Sigh..
